Exploration & Promotion of local tourism:

When talking about tourism sector of Nepal, the discussion focuses on the Khubmu Area centering the Mt. Everest following by Annapurna circuit and Pokhara. The rest of the places are yet to be promoted. Western Nepal, naturally being very beautiful, has a very high potentiality of tourism development. There are many beautiful landscapes; rivers; mountains and the communities having beautiful cultures and traditions. However, these places and are waiting for the development and promotion. So, we explore such remote places and communities to explore their tourism potentiality and promote them by developing the trekking routes; souvenirs and documentaries. For this, we focus on developing eco-tourism taking into consideration the sustainability of this sector. We take tourism only as a means to enhance livelihood of the local people by enhancing their traditional skills and promoting their local products for their sustainable livelihoods. 

 

Football Development:

We are dedicated for the development of football in the remote communities. For this, we organize events football festivals; inter-school football tournament; develop grassroots level football coach; co-ordination and collaboration with local youth clubs; provide football training in the local level and help the aspiring players to integrate in the national level football clubs and National Football Team. For the development of Football, we will work in close coordination and collaboration with Ministry of Youth and Sports; All Nepal Football Association (ANFA); National level football clubs; football committees; international football clubs; Football Confederations; Union of European Football Associations (UEFA); Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) and other I/NGOs working for the development of Football. 

 

Media mobilization:

We make documentaries, personal case stories of the players and exciting people and places to show their stories to the rest of the world through documentary. Documentary have become our core tool to bring social change and development of the community. We make documentaries about people; places; cultures; traditions; festivals to premier it in the national and international film festivals. We believe people have interest on such human stories which can help change the community as well through support and solidarity.

 

Co-ordination/Collaboration & Partnership:

To achieve our mission, we will always coordinate with governments; stakeholders; line agencies; national and international organizations having a common mission; supports; researchers and scholars; academicians; thematic experts and most importantly the local people. We always put our emphasis on the participation of local people on all the phases of project cycle to ensure that their voices are heard and their concerns addressed. 

 

Professional Training:

We also provide professional trainings of football; trekking and mountaineering in close coordination and collaboration with All Nepal Football Association (ANFA); Nepal Mountain Academy (NMA). We will follow the training curriculum developed by concerned agency to make our training standard. The trainings will be designed and developed in collaboration with concerned agencies to make it certify from the authorized agencies of Government.
