• Professionals having expertise to identify and manage community level social issues, social changes and social development needs
• Technocrats with expertise on videography, script writing and documentary/film making on people, places, cultures, traditions, festivals, etc. as which well fits for the promotion of DA's local tourism  
• Professional with planning, designing and materializing adventure sports including football development in highland areas
• Professionals with skills and experiences on media mobilization like writing media scripts about sites and events, formulating case studies, covering human stories and disseminating those coverage   
• National level football coach to provide football training and strategic direction for the development of players and their engagement with the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA)
