Our Track History

Rara Foundation has evolved from the track history and built in the milestone of the internationally acclaimed documentary titled ‘Sunakali’ which was conceptualized, designed, and directed by Mr. Bhoj Raj Bhat, a young social entrepreneur and winner of the Asian Football Federation (AFC) award 2018. 'Sunakali' was not only successful to contribute for the social transformation (social reform) through self confidence; and empowerment; and providing opportunities for of local girls (women) of Sudurpaschim province but also to forge a strong link between social issue and adventure tourism cum sports. It attempted for it through trekking guide training, destination areas exploration and promotion and mountaineering expeditionmission to Mt. Saipal (which is well known and popular as Mission Saipal) in 2018 It has been successful to grab the unattainable opportunities for the girls from remote communities of West Nepal (Mugu) to participate in the Donsti Cup International Football tournament at San Sebastian, Spain, in 2018 making Mugu team the first from Nepal to participate in the European level football tournament..
